 A little bit about me Erica your spiritual bodywork therapist:

I am a wife, mother of 3 who is passionate about helping people reach their wellness goals through the healing effects of massage therapy. Massage has so many benefits to one’s physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual being. 

Certified in certain modalities, that allows me to create an individualized bodywork session to your specific needs. I believe that a more intuitive personalized approach is a healthy way to a better higher you in self-development and growth.

When I’m not massaging, I enjoy working out, hiking, rock climbing, traveling, finding new restaurants, and spending time with my family.
